Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting the company’s plant protein and spices business and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily activities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

The Specialist will prepare proposals and presentations, track market trends and competitor activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth transactions.



The role also includes providing product training and information to clients and supporting management with sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive new business, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to explain products, procedures, and compliance requirements clearly to clients and team members.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in trade, logistics, or import–export services, with knowledge of products considered an advantage.
- Candidates should have good analytical and negotiation abilities, proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email tools), and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in B2B sales or financial/trade services.
