Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives for Elara Studio’s clients and internal projects. This full-time hybrid role is based in Bhopal, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, helping manage sales pipelines, supporting customer outreach through calls, messages, and emails, and contributing to marketing campaigns across digital and social channels.





The intern will help prepare presentations, reports, and training materials, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication, and track basic performance metrics. This role offers hands-on exposure to agency operations, client interaction, and integrated sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, follow-ups, and basic negotiation capabilities.
- Interest or experience in Training and Sales Management, such as supporting onboarding, documentation, or sales process coordination.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including digital and social media marketing, brand awareness, and campaign support.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or tracking tools is a plus).
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Bhopal, manage time effectively, and adapt in a rapid-paced, growth-focused environment.
