Role Description The Sales & Marketing Representative at Navgrun is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales and business development for Solar PV Modules, BIPV, Artistic Solar Panels, and BESS solutions within an assigned state in India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana or Maharashtra.).



The role includes identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, tracking sales performance, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Regular travel within the assigned state is required.

2-5 years of experience in Solar PV industry.

? Salary - Up to 40000 + Incentive + Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities: Perform lead generation activities Handle inquiries, prepare quotations and proposals* Ensure prompt follow-up with prospective customers* Support customers during project execution and co-ordinate with other teams to ensure smooth execution* Active order status tracking and monitoring* Manage customer feedback, referrals and reviews

- ⚙️ Skills: Knowledge of solar PV technology and products* Knowledge of the solar PV market in relevant location, policies and benefits (subsidies, charges, etc.)* Good communication skills
