- HR consultancy services. -Visit companies and meet HR Managers, HR Heads & decision-makers. -Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking and other channels. -Develop and maintain strong corporate client relationships. -Pitch our recruitment and HR consultancy services. -Follow up with prospects and convert leads into corporate tie-ups. -Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand and fulfill client requirements. -Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.
What We're Looking For:
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills -Fluent in English, Hindi &
- Bengali -Confident and comfortable with field visits -Good convincing & negotiation skills -Presentable, energetic and self-motivated -Target-oriented with a strong interest in sales/business development Freshers are also welcome to apply!
