About the Role

Poline Valves Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to expand business and strengthen our market presence across India.

The candidate should have experience in selling Valves or similar industrial products, preferably in the Fire Fighting, Plumbing, HVAC, Construction, or Industrial Equipment sectors. This is a target-based position involving extensive travel across India.

Key Responsibilities

? Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.

? Visit and develop relationships with Consultants, Project Managers, Contractors, Builders, Dealers, Distributors, OEMs, and Industrial Customers.

? Identify new projects and business opportunities in the Fire Fighting, Plumbing, HVAC, Construction, and Industrial sectors.

? Develop new customers, dealers, and business networks across India.

? Prepare quotations, presentations, and follow up on enquiries and orders.





? Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and recent opportunities.

? Submit regular sales and travel reports to management.

Candidate Requirements

✔ Minimum 2 years of Sales & Marketing experience.

✔ Experience in selling Valves is highly preferred.

✔ Experience in Fire Fighting, Plumbing, HVAC, Construction, Industrial Equipment, Pumps, Fittings, or similar engineering products will be preferred.

✔ Good contacts with Consultants, Project Managers, Contractors, Builders, Dealers, and OEMs.

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.

✔ Willing to travel extensively across India.

✔ Self-motivated and capable of working in a target-based environment.
