Role Description The Sales and Business Development Associate will work full time on-site in Gurugram, focusing on generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, pitching event planning services, and following up on leads through calls, emails, and meetings. The associate will collaborate with the events team to understand service offerings, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations.

The role also involves tracking sales activities,



maintaining CRM records, and contributing to sales strategies and marketing initiatives to grow revenue. This position requires consistent on-site coordination with internal teams and occasional client visits or event presence as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and persuasive communication.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify recent business opportunities, and develop sales strategies.
- Comfort with presentations, proposal writing, and basic sales reporting or CRM tools.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
