Role Description The Robotics Educator will design and deliver engaging robotics lessons and projects for school-age learners, with a focus on hands-on, practical learning.

Responsibilities include planning curricula, preparing teaching materials, conducting classes, and guiding learners through building, programming, and troubleshooting robots. The educator will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. The role also involves collaborating with fellow educators,



participating in school or OLL.co events, and keeping up to date with developments in robotics education and related technologies.

This is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience facilitating learning for children or young adults.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design structured, hands-on robotics sessions.
- Candidates should possess clear, empathetic Communication skills for explaining technical concepts to learners and interacting with guardians and school staff.
- Relevant background in robotics, STEM education, engineering, or computer science is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with robotics kits, programming languages used in education (such as Scratch, Python, or block-based tools), and project-based learning methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to manage classrooms, motivate diverse learners, and create an inclusive, safe learning environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
