Role Description The Robotic Process Automation Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions to automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency across manufacturing and industrial workflows. The engineer will analyze existing processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and configure automation tools and robotics systems to meet business needs.

Daily responsibilities include testing and troubleshooting automation workflows, maintaining documentation and technical specifications, and ensuring solutions are secure,



scalable, and compliant with company standards. The role also requires continuous improvement of existing automations and staying current with emerging technologies in robotics and industrial automation.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Robotics and Process Automation, with hands-on experience implementing automation solutions in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to map business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate requirements into effective RPA workflows.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with engineering, operations, and management teams, and to document and present technical solutions clearly.
- Proficiency in Software Development, preferably with experience in scripting or programming languages and RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related technical field; advanced certifications in RPA or industrial automation are an advantage.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems, PLCs, and integration of robotics with existing manufacturing infrastructure is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
