Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and modify 3D precast models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare precast shop drawings, GA drawings, and erection drawings.
- Model precast elements including walls, slabs, beams, columns, stairs, and balconies.
- Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, and MEP teams.
- Ensure models comply with project standards and client requirements.
- Interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Revit Precast Modelling.
- Solid knowledge of precast detailing.
- Experience working on precast building projects.
- Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
