– Business Office Manager

Position: Business Office Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 10–12+ years

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Insurance, Billing, Collections and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), preferably from a large hospital or healthcare organization. The candidate should have excellent IT, MIS and analytical skills, strong communication abilities and the capability to manage high-volume business office operations and teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Business Office and Revenue Cycle Management operations.
- Lead billing, insurance, cashless, TPA and collections processes.
- Drive timely billing, claim submission, follow-up, reconciliation and outstanding collections.
- Monitor AR, ageing, denials, claim rejections and revenue leakage and take corrective actions.




- Ensure effective coordination with Insurance Companies, TPAs, patients, doctors and internal departments.
- Establish and monitor processes to improve revenue realization and collection efficiency.
- Prepare and review MIS, dashboards and key business/RCM performance reports.
- Ensure accurate data management and effective utilization of hospital IT systems, HIS/ERP and billing software.
- Lead, mentor and manage the Business Office team and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Clinical and IT teams to resolve billing and revenue-related issues.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration or a relevant discipline.
- 10–12+ years of relevant experience, preferably from a large hospital or healthcare organization.
- Strong and proven experience in Insurance, Billing, Collections and RCM.
- Excellent understanding of hospital billing processes, TPA/insurance claims and revenue cycle.
- Strong IT, MIS, analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Should be well-qualified, confident and capable of managing a large team and high-volume operations.
