About the Role

At WAHE, we believe the retail experience is as important as the jewellery itself.

We are looking for a Retail Operations Executive who can help ensure that our store runs smoothly every day and that every customer gets a seamless, professional and memorable experience.

This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with the store team and management and will be involved in the day-to-day functioning of the retail business.

What You Will Do

- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
- Support the sales team with daily operational requirements
- Manage store opening and closing processes
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, jewellery movement and stock
- Coordinate stock transfers, displays and replenishment
- Ensure jewellery is properly handled, stored and presented
- Assist with billing, documentation and customer records
- Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners and internal teams
- Track customer orders and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain store hygiene, presentation and overall standards
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Support customer queries and ensure issues are resolved quickly
- Help coordinate customised orders and their timelines
- Ensure operational processes are followed accurately
- Identify day-to-day problems and find practical solutions
- Support the management team with other business and store initiatives
