EaseMyTrip is looking for enthusiastic and experienced professionals to join our Hotels Department as Executive / Senior Executive. The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel operations, contracting, reservations, rate management, and hotel partner coordination.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage and coordinate hotel check-ins and check-outs
- Handle hotel reservations and booking-related operations
- Manage hotel contracting and onboarding of new hotel partners
- Coordinate with hotels for rate negotiation and commercial agreements
- Maintain and update hotel rates, availability, and inventory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners
- Resolve reservation and operational queries in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth coordination between hotels, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support overall hotel supply and operations activities
Key Requirements:• Experience in the Travel & Hospitality / Hotel Industry
- Knowledge of Hotel Contracting, Onboarding, Reservations, Check-in & Check-out Operations
- Understanding of hotel rates, inventory management, and rate negotiation
- Experience with OTA operations will be an added advantage
- Robust communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple hotel partners and operational requirements efficiently
- Candidates with experience in hotel supply, contracting, reservations, or hotel operations are preferred
