The role involves translating engineering and market requirements into practical product and system concepts, developing designs, building and demonstrating prototypes, and supporting their validation and evolution towards commercialization.

While façade design experience is preferred, candidates with relevant mechanical design and product development experience from adjacent domains may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to current product development and engineering projects across façade, construction and related application areas.
- Apply a Systems Engineering framework to structure complex engineering problems, from requirement definition through design, integration, validation and transition.
- Translate technical, user and business requirements into practical engineering solutions.




- Perform concept development, design, rapid prototyping, testing and validation.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, suppliers and external partners.
- Analyse technical problems and develop innovative solutions through structured engineering approaches.
- Support the transition of validated concepts towards productisation and commercialisation.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and intellectual property generation.
- Document and communicate technical concepts, analyses, prototypes and outcomes.
- Take ownership of assigned technical work packages and deliverables.
