Role Description This is a full time, on-site Restaurant Waiter role based in Gurugram, with an immediate joining opportunity and a salary of approximately 25,000 INR per month. The Waiter will greet guests, present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner. Daily responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure correct and prompt order delivery, and handling basic billing or payment processes as required.

The role also involves responding to guest inquiries, addressing concerns,



and providing attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience. The Waiter may assist in basic food service preparation, follow hygiene and safety standards, and support other restaurant staff during peak hours.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional behavior.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including menu items and serving standards.
- Clear and polite Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic Cooking or food handling knowledge is an advantage for supporting kitchen or preparation duties.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; familiarity with POS or billing systems is a plus.
