Practify is looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager to help healthcare practices acquire more patients.

This is a fully remote role for someone based in the Indian time zone who understands that running Google Ads for a local dental clinic is very different from running ads for an e-commerce brand.

We work with healthcare professionals and clinics—including dentists, doctors, and other local healthcare practices—to build smarter patient acquisition systems.

And we're looking for someone who can take ownership of the Google Ads fulfillment side of our client accounts.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You will be expected to:

- Build and launch high-performing Google Ads campaigns for local healthcare businesses
- Conduct keyword research and develop campaign structures
- Manage Search campaigns focused on patient acquisition and lead generation
- Optimize campaigns for cost per lead, lead quality, conversions, and ROI
- Work with landing pages and conversion tracking
- Analyze search terms, competition, and local markets
- Continuously test ads, keywords, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
- Prepare explicit performance reports and insights
- Participate in client calls when required
- Take ownership of campaign performance and client fulfillment

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:✅ Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts for local businesses. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred—particularly experience working with doctors, dentists, clinics, or other healthcare practices.

✅ A solid understanding of local lead generation and patient acquisition

✅ Experience with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and call/lead tracking

✅ The ability to independently manage multiple client accounts





✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to explain campaign performance clearly

Most Importantly: Show Us Your Results.We're not looking for certificates or theoretical knowledge.

This Role Is Fully Remote

You can work from anywhere, provided you are comfortable working within the Indian time zone and can communicate reliably with our team and clients.

This role may be a particularly good fit for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the execution and optimization side of Google Ads, rather than simply managing a team.
