Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Sales Department as a Relationship Officer specializing in used tractor financing. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth in the agricultural financing segment by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers seeking financing solutions for used tractors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of rural markets, agricultural equipment financing, and the ability to assess creditworthiness while ensuring compliance with the bank's policies. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify potential clients, provide tailored financial solutions, and contribute to the bank's mission of financial inclusion and customer-centric service delivery.

Responsibilities:-





- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers in the agricultural sector, focusing on used tractor financing.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of loan applications related to used tractors, ensuring adherence to the bank’s credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by engaging with farmers, tractor dealers, and rural communities to promote the bank’s financing products.
- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, legal, and operations to facilitate smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on loan products, repayment schedules, and documentation requirements to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor loan accounts regularly to track repayments, identify potential defaults, and initiate timely recovery actions in coordination with the collections team.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making within the Sales Department.
- Participate in community outreach programs and agricultural fairs to enhance the bank’s visibility and strengthen its presence in rural markets.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls,



audit requirements, and regulatory standards related to agricultural financing.
- Continuously update knowledge of market conditions, competitor offerings, and government schemes related to agricultural equipment financing.
