Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Officer role based in Rajnandgaon.

The Relationship

Officer will build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on loan against property and other financial products, while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. Daily responsibilities include explaining products and services, assisting customers with loan applications and documentation, handling queries and concerns, and guiding customers through the end-to-end service process.



The role also involves achieving sales and collection targets, cross-selling relevant financial products, and supporting branch-level business growth initiatives.

The Relationship

Officer will collaborate with branch team members to uphold compliance standards, operational accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage and nurture client relationships, with strong Business Relationship Management skills.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance and financial products, preferably in lending or retail financial services.
- Clear and confident Communication skills, with proficiency in local language and basic English.
- Strong Customer Service orientation, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and service quality.
- Sales skills to achieve branch targets, including cross-selling and upselling relevant products.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline; commerce or finance background is an advantage.
- Previous experience in banking, NBFCs, or retail financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajnandgaon, with high integrity, reliability, and commitment to organizational values.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with branch systems and documentation.
