About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key B2B client relationships, with a specific focus on Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and Urban Co-operative Banks. You will serve as the primary liaison between Radiant Acemoney and our strategic financial partners to ensure seamless service delivery, driving business retention and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition & Management: Build, nurture, and maintain solid, long-term relationships with B2B corporate clients, NBFCs, and Urban Co-operative Banks.
- Portfolio Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for client queries, operational issues, and service escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal operations, risk, and product teams to deliver tailored cash management and financial solutions to clients.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends,



competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the NBFC and urban banking sectors to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in relationship management, B2B sales, or corporate account management within fintech, banking, NBFCs, or cash management services.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NBFC operations, Urban Co-operative Banking networks, and B2B financial services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Proven track record of managing corporate client relationships and handling complex accounts under minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
