Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Bharatpur, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and bank partners. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their insurance and financial needs, and recommending suitable life insurance and protection solutions.

The Relationship

Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, support policy servicing, handle queries, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.



Day-to-day activities include regular branch visits, sales meetings, follow-ups on leads, documentation support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and after-sales service. The role also requires achieving sales targets, adhering to regulatory guidelines, and contributing to the overall growth of PNB MetLife in the region.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management, client servicing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Candidates should possess sales, negotiation, and business development capabilities focused on financial or insurance products.
- Candidates should possess communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and bank staff.
- Candidates should possess basic financial literacy and understanding of life insurance, protection, and retirement products.
- Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to manage multiple customer accounts and tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in business, commerce, finance, or related fields.
- Prior experience in banking, insurance, financial services, or customer-facing sales roles is preferred.
- Ability to work from an in office branch environment in Bharatpur and meet performance and compliance standards.
