? Experience: 2–5 years

? Experience in Direct Marketing / BTL Campaigns

? Candidates from FMCG, Mobile/Telecom or BFSI backgrounds preferred

? Proven ability to plan and execute on-ground lead generation activities

? Strong execution skills with a hands-on, on-ground approach

? Experience in Affordable Housing / Home Loans / LAP will be an added advantage

Role Expectations

Plan and execute monthly marketing activities for all locations.

Run local campaigns aligned with branch priorities (Canopy/Umbrella) Drive consistent lead generation and ensure conversion to business.

Manage, train, and support interns for on-ground execution.

Build strong local brand visibility

Ensure accountability through measurable results (leads, logins, conversions) and regular tracking/reporting.
