Role Description The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes to support branch and corporate growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers for selection decisions. The role also involves maintaining candidate pipelines, managing offer negotiations, ensuring smooth onboarding, and updating recruitment reports and metrics.





The Recruiter will collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure hiring practices are fair, transparent, and aligned with organizational values. This is a full time, on-site role based at Delhi / Gurugram / Lucknow / Jaipur.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and job portals.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders and provide consultative support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills for handling multiple open roles.
- Understanding of fair hiring practices, diversity, and non-discriminatory recruitment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; prior experience as a Recruiter or HR Executive is preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and familiarity with financial services or housing finance is an advantage.
