Residential Sales Executive Company: Make My Deal Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + ( Attractive Commission on %) Responsibilities Generate and follow up on leads. Sell residential properties Conduct site visits and project presentations. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate and close sales. Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Possess knowledge of carpet area, stamp duty, registration process, and basic real estate documentation.
Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales. Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong customer relationship and lead management skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and qualified. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
