Role Description The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, lead a team of sales professionals, and drive revenue growth for Absolute Assets.

Responsibilities include managing property listings, guiding prospective clients through site visits, negotiations, and closing processes, and ensuring consistent follow-up and excellent customer service. The role involves setting sales targets, monitoring performance, providing coaching and training,



and collaborating with marketing to support lead generation and brand visibility. This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring regular presence in the office and at properties in the surrounding area.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with practical experience in property sales or brokerage.
- Valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of local market regulations and practices.
- Sales and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, negotiate deals, and meet revenue targets.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, set objectives, and monitor performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Comfort with on-site client interactions, property tours, and local travel in and around Gurugram.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic office software, and digital communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
