We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Key Responsibilities manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and site visits.
Develop strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and property consultants.
Monitor sales pipelines, team performance, and daily activities.
Ensure regular follow-up with prospective clients and maximize conversion rates.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to the management.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth lead management and closures.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
Ensure achievement of individual and team revenue targets.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Gurgaon/NCR.
Proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing real estate deals.
Strong knowledge of Gurgaon’s real estate market and major locations/projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Ability to conduct and manage property/site visits.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Candidates with strong Channel Partner (CP) networks will be preferred.
