Role Description The Independent Real Estate Professional will work full time on-site in Gurugram, managing real estate transactions and client relationships across commercial and residential properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating properties, supporting acquisition and development activities, and conducting site visits and market assessments. The role involves advising clients on real property opportunities, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution.

The professional will handle lead generation, sales presentations, and negotiation,



while maintaining high standards of customer service, follow-up, and reporting. This position requires proactive engagement in local market networking to expand the client base and strengthen VISCO India’s presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property, including market analysis and property evaluation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate Development, with experience supporting or managing development projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship management and client satisfaction.
- Relevant experience in the Gurugram or NCR real estate market is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools used for property listing, documentation, and reporting.
