Role Description This is a full time Real Estate Consultant role based in Jaipur, offered in a hybrid model that combines on-site client interaction with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Real Estate

Consultant will guide clients through property transactions, including identifying suitable residential and commercial options, conducting property tours, and explaining market trends and pricing. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and updating property listings, generating and qualifying leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. The role involves negotiating offers,



coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring that every transaction adheres to PinkCity Properties’ standards of transparency and ethical practice. The consultant will also contribute to training sessions, share market feedback, and support continuous improvement of the platform’s services.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of Real Estate and Real Property, including local Jaipur market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
- Proven Sales skills with experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion within a target-driven environment.
- Strong Negotiation abilities to manage offers, close deals, and represent client interests fairly and professionally.
- Experience in Training or mentoring peers or junior team members in real estate processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and online property platforms for listing management and lead tracking.
- Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant real estate certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate consulting in India is beneficial.
