Role Description The Real Estate Agent at VT GROUP will support the acquisition, redevelopment, and sale of residential and commercial properties in Udaipur.

Responsibilities include prospecting and evaluating properties, conducting site visits, preparing and presenting property listings, and coordinating with buyers, sellers, and internal teams. The agent will manage client relationships, provide property tours, negotiate offers, and assist with contract and documentation processes. This is a full-time, in office role based in Udaipur, requiring regular fieldwork, office collaboration,



and close coordination with the investment and development teams.

Qualifications

- Possession of a valid Real Estate License and strong foundational knowledge of Real Estate.
- Demonstrated Sales skills with experience in closing deals and meeting targets.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understanding of Real Property concepts, including valuation, local regulations, and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, conduct property visits, and manage multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools for listings, documentation, and reporting.
- Prior experience in real estate brokerage, property sales, or investment-focused real estate is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
