Role Description As a ReactNative Developer at SocioSports, you will design, build, and maintain features for our sports networking mobile application, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for athletes, trainers, and community users. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into performant, scalable React Native components and integrations with APIs and third-party services. Daily responsibilities include implementing current functionality, optimizing existing screens for speed and usability, fixing bugs, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews.





You will contribute to release planning, collaborate on UI/UX improvements, and help ensure app stability across Android and iOS devices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close collaboration with the local team.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native, including core concepts such as components, hooks, state management, and navigation.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, handling JSON data, and working with backend services; familiarity with tools like Axios or Fetch and basic understanding of client–server architecture.
- Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization, debugging, and testing practices, including use of debugging tools, unit testing frameworks, and device/emulator testing.
- Ability to work with Android and iOS build processes, app store deployment workflows, and common native modules or libraries used in mobile development.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility best practices to create intuitive and inclusive mobile experiences.
- Good collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and contribute to agile development processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in mobile application development.
- Experience in sports-tech, social networking platforms, or community-focused applications is a plus, along with an interest in sports and active lifestyles.
