We are two founders and a team of engineers, researchers and operators. Staying ahead of what is actually happening in AI and software is not a side activity for us. It is how we stay worth hiring.

We are now opening internships for the first time.

ABOUT THIS ROLEYou will be the person who knows what is happening before it is obvious.

You will track emerging models, tools, frameworks, and developer ecosystems, and separate the genuinely important from the well-marketed. Then you will turn that into two things: research briefs the team uses to make technical decisions, and content the marketing team can publish.

If you already spend your free time reading papers, changelogs, and release notes, this role is mostly you getting paid attention for something you were doing anyway.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Technology scanning: models, tools, frameworks, releases, and research across AI, software, and developer tooling
- Signal filtering: decide what actually matters and defend the call
- Research briefs: written summaries the engineering team and founders can act on
- Content pipeline: surface topics worth publishing on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and the blog
- Technical translation: turn a paper, benchmark, or release into something readable
- Competitive and ecosystem awareness: who is building what, and what it means for our clients

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHYou will brief the engineering team and both founders directly. Your research feeds real technical decisions on live client work, not a slide deck nobody opens. You will also work closely with the content team, who will turn your best findings into things we publish.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

- Real obsession with emerging technology,



the kind that shows in your browser history
- Strong research ability and source discipline
- Excellent written English. You can explain a hard idea in short sentences.
- The judgement to distinguish signal from hype
- Comfort reading technical documentation, papers, and code
- Someone whose default question is "what is next, and why does it matter?"

BONUS POINTS

- You write publicly: blog, newsletter, threads, anything
- You have built with recent AI tooling rather than only reading about it
- Background in CS, engineering, or a research-heavy field

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

- You want to be told what to research
- Summarising is comfortable but forming an opinion is not
- You would rather write long than write clearly

WHAT YOU WILL GETA reason to read everything, and people who will actually use what you find. Your briefs will feed real technical decisions and real published content. Direct exposure to both founders and to how a consultancy decides which technologies to bet on.

Every intern who completes the internship receives a Certificate of Completion and a Letter of Recommendation from the founders.

Strong performers are our first consideration for paid and full-time roles.
