Role Description The R2R (Record-to-Report) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mysuru. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting and reporting processes, including journal entry preparation, general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end closing activities, and account reconciliations. The individual will assist in preparing internal and external financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, support audits,



and provide analysis to help improve financial accuracy and process efficiency. The role also includes maintaining documentation, supporting process improvements within the R2R cycle, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and R2R processes, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Experience with financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, and familiarity with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).
- Proficiency in ERP and financial systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar), along with robust MS Excel skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to interpret financial data for variance analysis and problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Mysuru, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a structured manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in shared services, logistics, or transportation industry R2R functions is preferred.
