- This requirement stems from the recent vulnerability remediation exercise where approximately 1,500 incidents landed in the Endpoint Management queue.
- A majority of these incidents were related to server vulnerabilities, which are outside our scope of ownership and control.
- There is a need to review and streamline vulnerability ownership, remediation workflows, and governance.
- Chris is also interested in driving integration and automation between Rapid7 and the device management platform.
- The long-term goal is to enable automated vulnerability remediation wherever possible, reducing manual effort and improving remediation timelines.
