WE’RE HIRING – Quantity Takeoff Estimator/ Quote - High-End Interior Fit-Out

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Takeoff Estimator/quote based in India to support our technical and business teams in Belgium.

Your main responsibility will be to analyze technical drawings, accurately calculate quantities and prepare cost estimations for high-end interior fit-out projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES THE CORE OF THE ROLE: PROJECT PRE-ANALYSIS & STRUCTURING

- Review and understand complete architectural and technical project documentation
- Perform a detailed pre-analysis of the project before starting the takeoff
- Establish a clear Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the estimation process
- Break down complex projects into logical areas, packages, trades, assemblies and individual elements
- Structure the project by building / floor / room / area / trade / element, depending on the project
- Identify and classify the different scopes: joinery/millwork, stone, marble, decorative plaster and other interior finishes
- Detect missing information, inconsistencies, unclear details and potential scope gaps in the drawings
- Prepare a explicit project structure before quantities and costs are calculated

Quantity Takeoff & Estimation:
- Analyze architectural and technical drawings
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from AutoCAD and PDF drawings
- Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity reports and cost estimations




- Calculate quantities for joinery/millwork, natural stone & marble, decorative plaster and other interior finishes
- Prepare quotations and support the tendering process
- Identify missing, conflicting or unclear information in technical drawings
- Prepare structured costing files and reports using Excel
- Coordinate directly with our technical and business teams in Belgium
- Support international high-end interior fit-out projects

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Takeoff / Estimation / Quantity Surveying
- Proven experience in high-end interior fit-out
- Knowledge of joinery / millwork, natural stone, marble and/or decorative plaster
- Excellent ability to read and interpret AutoCAD and PDF technical drawings
- Experience with STACK, Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift or CostX
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and costing sheets
- Good knowledge of international / Anglo-Saxon measurement units and standards
- Professional English is mandatory, both written and spoken (C2 level)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment
- Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, B.Tech Civil, Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
