ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Qualtrics Developer, you will design, build, and maintain complex survey programmes, workflows, dashboards, and integrations on the Qualtrics XM Platform. You will translate business and CX requirements into scalable technical solutions, working across multiple business units and projects simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and build advanced surveys using Qualtrics survey logic, display logic, embedded data, and custom JavaScript/CSS.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows including trigger-based survey distribution, data routing, and closed-loop ticketing.
- Build and manage XM Directory segments, mailing lists, and contact import logic to ensure accurate distribution and deduplication.
- Configure and maintain Qualtrics integrations with third-party platforms including Salesforce, SFTP-based data pipelines, and REST APIs.
- Design and publish interactive dashboards; translate raw CX data into transparent, actionable visualisations for business stakeholders.




- Implement and maintain data validation logic within workflows — including column checks, email format validation, entity matching, and duplicate detection.
- Support UAT of new surveys and workflows before production release; maintain separate UAT and production environments with controlled promotion processes.
- Conduct peer reviews of survey builds and workflow configurations to maintain quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, escalating to Qualtrics support where necessary with thorough documentation.
- Stay current with new Qualtrics features, beta releases, and platform updates; evaluate and recommend adoption where relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience building on the Qualtrics XM Platform in a professional environment.
- Qualtrics XM certification preferred; a demonstrated portfolio of complex builds is equally valued.
