We are looking for an experienced Head – Quality to lead Quality Assurance & Quality Control for our precast building projects and precast manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead QA/QC activities for precast building construction projects from factory production through site erection.
- Ensure quality of precast elements, including hollowcore slabs, prestressed beams and other structural/non-structural precast components.
- Monitor and control quality of raw materials, reinforcement, concrete and other inputs used in precast production.
- Review and ensure proper reinforcement detailing, fabrication and placement as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Oversee quality during precast element production at the factory, including mould preparation, reinforcement, concreting, curing, demoulding and finishing.
- Monitor site activities including erection, alignment, grouting, joint treatment and waterproofing.
- Establish and implement QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, checklists and quality standards.
- Identify quality issues, conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Project and Site teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.




- Manage quality documentation, inspections, testing and compliance with project specifications.

Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, with significant experience in a precast company involved specifically in precast building construction.
- Strong practical knowledge of reinforcement detailing and raw materials.
- Hands-on experience in precast factory production, particularly hollowcore slabs and prestressed beams.
- Strong understanding of precast erection, grouting and waterproofing at project sites.
- Should have strong knowledge of quality standards, testing procedures and QA/QC systems in precast construction.
- Candidates with M.Tech/primarily structural design profiles are not preferred; the role requires solid hands-on precast production and site quality experience.
