- No Warning Letter issued in the past 3 months
- E-learning mandatory courses certified wherever applicable
Responsibilities
The profile of the Quality Analysts should be as follows:
- Must be a graduate
- Experience/Knowledge of Bank’s products & processes
- Overall experience of three years wherein at least two years in quality analysis of a Banking process
- QAs must have versant test score of 5 and above with typing test with speed of 25-30 words per minute and 85% accuracy.
