Role Description The Quality Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and improving construction quality standards across ongoing projects in an on-site role based in Assam. This full-time position involves developing and implementing quality procedures, conducting inspections, and verifying compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and regulatory requirements. The role includes identifying defects, analyzing root causes, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.

The Quality

Engineer will maintain detailed documentation, prepare quality reports,



and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure consistent product quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to design, implement, and maintain effective quality systems.
- Proficiency in Quality Control activities, including inspections, testing, and monitoring construction processes.
- Experience in Quality Assurance practices to ensure adherence to standards, codes, and project requirements.
- Ability to oversee Product Quality, ensuring deliverables meet functional and aesthetic expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or related field) or equivalent practical experience in construction quality roles.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional site teams.
- Experience with quality-related tools and software for reporting and data analysis is an advantage.
