RAJASAB is a bespoke tailoring house at Atria Mall, Worli, Mumbai. We make hand-cut, hand-finished suits, jackets and shirts for clients in Mumbai and Europe. We need one person who owns two things end to end: nothing leaves the workshop with a fault, and every bolt of cloth, trim and finished garment is where it should be, when it should be.

Full-time, on-site at Worli, 6 days a week. Reports to the owner. Salary as per experience.

What you will do

- Inspect every garment at each stage (cut, baste, first fitting, finish, final press) against the client's measurements and order sheet; sign off before it goes to the client.
- Keep a written defect log per karigar and per garment; run the daily quality review with the Master and the production head.
- Own the cloth and trims store: receive, check and record incoming fabric, linings, buttons, canvas; maintain bin locations and a live stock register.
- Track fabric consumption against cutting plans; flag shortages, damage and wastage.
- Manage finished-garment storage, packing and dispatch, including courier for outstation and international clients.
- Keep the workshop tidy, tools and machines maintained, and safety basics in place.




- Update the CRM (order status, QC sign-off, dispatch) daily.

What we need
- 5+ years in garment quality control, ideally bespoke/made-to-measure tailoring, luxury menswear, or an export house with a strict AQL culture.
- You can read a measurement sheet and spot a 3 mm balance error on a jacket by eye.
- Hands-on with stores/warehouse: stock registers, FIFO, fabric roll handling, dispatch paperwork.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and a simple CRM; basic English plus Hindi/Marathi.
- Firm but fair with karigars; you hold the line on standards without shouting.
- Based in Mumbai, able to reach Worli six days a week.

Positive to have
- Experience with Italian/British suiting cloth, canvassed construction and hand-finishing.
- Prior work at a bespoke tailor, a Raymond/Arvind-type unit, or a third-party inspection agency (QIMA, SGS, Bureau Veritas).
