Role Description The Quality Control Assistant is a full-time, on-site role, Kundli (Sonipat) Haryana, responsible for supporting quality assurance activities across the production process. Daily tasks include inspecting packaging materials and finished products, performing routine quality checks, documenting test results, and reporting deviations in line with company standards. The role involves working closely with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with specifications, assisting with laboratory tests as needed, and helping maintain quality records and reports.

The Quality Control





Assistant also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential issues, suggesting corrective actions, and supporting audits and process reviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with an understanding of standard inspection and testing procedures.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and identify trends or deviations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly document findings.
- Candidates should possess basic Laboratory Skills, including safe handling of materials and use of testing equipment.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or related quality roles is an advantage.
- Ability to follow established procedures, maintain accurate records, and uphold health and safety standards.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
