Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to join our core engineering team. You will be responsible scaling next-generation Business Support Systems (BSS) within a cloud-native workplace. The ideal candidate is a technical leader who thrives on complex systems integration, understands the intricacies of telecommunications and digital commerce, and is a pioneer in leveraging AI-driven workflows to accelerate the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Designation: Senior QA Lead

- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks for high-performance BSS modules (Charging, Mediation, Billing).
- Lead end-to-end integration testing between BSS platforms and 4G/5G mobile network cores.




- Utilize AI-driven testing tools to generate test scripts, perform regression analysis, and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Validate data integrity within Document Databases (MongoDB/Couchbase) during high-volume transaction processing.
- Oversee security testing and IAM validation (Keycloak) to ensure system compliance.
- Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in testing complex E-commerce or BSS ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of API testing and event-driven architecture (Kafka).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment verification.
- Expertise in identifying edge cases in complex business process orchestrations (Camunda/n8n).
