The Last Mile Analytics & Quality team is at the forefront of building the future of last-mile delivery technology. We are looking for a Quality Specialist who will serve as a critical human-in-the-loop in our next-generation delivery operations — making real-time decisions and ensuring the highest bar of safety and quality as we scale industry leading automation programs.
This is a high-focus, execution-heavy role that demands sustained attention, rapid judgment, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
