Role Purpose:

The role primarily focused on post completion quality analysis for the Design Solution Teams. It combines quality auditing, production process understanding, data analysis, root cause identification, reporting, stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement and tracking quality trends and improvements.

Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Quality Audit

- Perform audits on completed digitized files and Sampled designs.
- Review work that has already been completed in production or moved through sampling.
- Audit based on Client priority, volume, orders that come for Multiple revisions
- Identify defects that may impact embroidery outcome, even if not yet reported by clients.

2. Defect Classification & Root Cause Analysis

- Categorize findings as- Critical (that which impacts the clients) or Minor (improvement opportunity)
- Tag defects to designers, shifts, or job types for trend visibility.

3. Corrective Action & Feedback Loop

- Share structured next-day feedback with Designers, SMEs, Leads, and Managers

4. Quality Trend Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain historical quality data including designer-wise and shift-wise quality scores,



repeat error patterns, client-specific defect trends
- Prepare daily / weekly quality insights

5. Governance & Independence

- Operate as an independent quality governance function, separate from daily production pressure. Ensure consistent quality interpretation across shifts, teams and client.

Candidate Requirements:

- Must be graduate (Any)
- Must be willing to work in the Night shift
- Should be able to converse in English
- Must have attention to detail
- Experience in working in Wilcom / Pulse( preferred)
- At least 1 year / Previous experience in Quality Assurance Role
- Production/process quality or QA experience.
- Solid Analytical and problem solving ability.
- Good practical knowledge of Excel and data analysis
- Experience with quality reporting, dash boards and trend analysis.
- Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to understand production workflow and customer requirement.
- Experience in digitizing, vector, virtual artwork or similar work environment would be an advantage.
