Roles And Responsibilities

- Identification & shortlisting of ASP's as per requirement
- Effective ASP Network management - On boarding, Trainings, Audits, Claims
- Drive KPIs in assigned territory
- Train and monitor ASP's on processes & policies defined by Brand




- Ensure 100% defective or un-used part return to Qdigi/OEM warehouse as per the agreed timelines
- Monthly Audit & Sign Off on the inventory at each Location and report back to HO, Defective return
- Drive EW, Accessary Sale and OW collection
- Regular store visits to build relationship with store team and share consolidated reports with KAM
