Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AIML Assurance Testing Manager to lead our software development team in ensuring the quality and reliability of AI and ML applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in AI/ML technologies and a proven track record in software testing and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the AIML testing team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and implement testing strategies for AI and ML applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various AI/ML models.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in software development and testing, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Relevant certifications in software testing or AI/ML are a plus.
