Senior Quality Analyst (Sr. QA)

Role Objective

Ensure accuracy and compliance in the audits for order forms and contracts are accurate, compliant and aligned with client policies.

Key Responsibilities

Perform QA checks on workflows Request verification form.

Validate order details: units of service, approvals, contract terms, invoicing details.

Conduct sanity checks on order implementation and renewal cases.

Document errors, categorize by severity, and Submit RCA.

Provide feedback to assigned team members to prevent repeat errors.

Maintain audit logs and compliance reports..

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance/Operations).

2–4 years of QA experience in order management, deal execution, or BPO/KPO processes.





Robust attention to detail and analytical ability.

Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or workflow tools preferred.

Excellent written and spoken English skills

Effective written and verbal communication.

Effective coaching and remedial skills

Work Requirements

Ability to extend as per business needs to meet “End of Quarter business needs” based on Volume and client requests

Location: Hyderabad - Virtusa Campus

Work Model: Work from Office

Shift: 24 x 5

Current Shift: EMEA - 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM - 1 Way Drop transport provided

Shift Allocation: Based on business needs

Shift Allowance: As per Virtusa Policy
