Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Tester with extensive experience in performance testing, specifically using Load Runner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing high-level requirements, designing test strategies, and executing load tests to ensure the performance and reliability of our applications.

Responsibilities

- Analyze high-level requirements and translate them into detailed test plans and test cases.
- Design, develop, and execute load testing scripts using Load Runner.
- Monitor and analyze performance test results, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure performance testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle.
- Provide detailed reports and presentations on performance testing outcomes to stakeholders.




- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in performance testing.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills

- Expertise in Load Runner for performance testing.
- Robust understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and generating reports.
- Experience with scripting languages and automation tools.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with other performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
- Knowledge of application performance monitoring (APM) tools.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on performance testing.
- Relevant certifications in software testing or performance engineering are a plus.
