Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Testing Engineer with extensive experience in software testing and a strong focus on Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Gen AI solutions through rigorous testing methodologies and innovative approaches.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Gen AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing for Gen AI solutions.
- Mentor junior testing team members and promote best practices in software testing.




- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Gen AI and software testing methodologies.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience in software testing with a focus on Generative AI technologies.
- Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud-based testing environments.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Gen AI.
- Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
