Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AIML Assurance Testing Manager to lead our software development team in ensuring the quality and reliability of AI and ML applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies and a proven track record in software testing and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the AIML testing team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and implement testing strategies for AI and ML applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various AI/ML models.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
- Robust knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in software development and testing, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Relevant certifications in software testing or AI/ML are a plus.
