Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a strong focus on AI-driven testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced AI tools to enhance the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and ensure high-quality software delivery across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

- Utilize GitHub/Microsoft Copilot and GPT for requirements traceability matrix (RTM), test case, test data, and script generation.
- Draft and optimize automation test scripts using GitHub Copilot.
- Design and execute Gen AI prompts for testing across Desktop, API, Performance, Web, and Mobile platforms.
- Leverage AI to identify and generate robust positive and negative test scenarios.
- Critically review and validate AI-generated test artifacts, code, and data for accuracy.
- Understand and apply Responsible AI principles,



ensuring data privacy and conducting hallucination checks.

Mandatory Skills

- Experience in multi-platform testing (Web, Mobile, API, Performance, Desktop).
- Proficiency in Gen AI tools such as DTA Accello, KaneAI, AccelQ, Functionize, Katalon, and Tosca Copilot.
- Solid analytical skills for prompt output validation and optimization.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Virtusa's internal ecosystem, including Helio Assurance, Gen AI Lifecycle, AI for QA, and QA for AI.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in software testing and automation.
