Role summary

Provide independent go-live validation that each customer workplace is isolated, correctly configured,

successfully deployed, and fit for handoff across GCP CCAI and AWS voice/chat — including that RAG /

knowledge grounding works for the scenarios in scope. You are the quality gate, not the person who built the environment or the pipeline.

What success looks like

- No customer is handed off without a completed validation checklist covering infrastructure,

configuration, channels in scope, data, and RAG / knowledge grounding.
- Defects are logged with severity and owner; critical issues block go-live.
- Validation becomes increasingly automated and reusable across customers.

Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain acceptance checklists for landing zones, IAM/isolation, CCAI, voice, chat, synthetic

data, and RAG / knowledge retrieval.
- Execute functional smoke tests on each requested channel after deployment.
- Test a defined set of knowledge-grounded questions to confirm retrieval and answers use the customer

corpus, not generic model knowledge alone.
- Verify multi-customer isolation (project/account boundaries, IAM, data paths, index isolation).
- Spot-check security basics: public exposure, secrets handling,



logging enabled, encryption settings.
- Validate that synthetic data loaded correctly and supports the intended demo or evaluation scenarios.
- Log defects, confirm remediation, and sign off for Delivery Lead handoff.
- Build a library of automated or semi-automated validation scripts over time.

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years in QA, SDET, or implementation validation for cloud-hosted products.
- Experience testing multi-environment or multi-tenant systems.
- Ability to write structured test cases and basic automation (Python, Playwright, or API tests).
- Comfort validating both infrastructure settings and conversational user journeys.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior validation of contact-center or conversational AI deployments.
- Experience testing knowledge-grounded or RAG-enabled assistants.
- Exposure to GCP and AWS consoles for configuration verification.
- Security or compliance testing experience.
