The Quality

Engineer will design, implement,



and maintain quality processes and standards across software development and delivery. Daily responsibilities include creating and executing test plans, performing manual and automated testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers and project managers to resolve issues. The role involves monitoring product performance, analyzing quality metrics, and recommending improvements to ensure consistent product quality.

The Quality

Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation of quality procedures, and compliance with internal and client quality expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Product Quality, with experience ensuring end-to-end quality across the development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Knowledge of Quality Management frameworks, standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with software testing tools and methodologies (manual and/or automated), and familiarity with SDLC and agile practices.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret quality metrics and reports.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a software or digital product environment is preferred; experience with global or MENA-region clients is a plus.
